How to add it by hand, step by step
Microsoft Authenticator
- Tap +, then Other account (Google, Facebook, etc.). Not Work or school account: that one is for Microsoft 365, not QAgentiq™.
- Tap Or enter code manually.
- Account name: QAgentiq. Secret key: paste the key. Tap Finish.
Google Authenticator
- Tap +, then Enter a setup key.
- Account: QAgentiq. Key: paste the key. Type of key: Time based. Tap Add.
Then come back to this page and type the 6-digit code the app shows.
If Microsoft Authenticator says Your organization does not allow you to add your account to Microsoft Authenticator, add it by hand as above, or use Google Authenticator. Each sign-in makes a new key, so if you sign in again, add the new key and delete the old entry.
